Reservation and cancellation policy

All the rates are for 2 guests occupation, we will apply an extra charge of 140 euros for a 3rd guest in room, when the capacity allows it (from the age of 4yrs old, it includes : an extra bed in the room, Breakfast, Beach Chair)

According to the season, the minimum stay and the cancellation policy of the hotel may vary.

Low Season & Thanksgiving
2 nights minimum stay – 1-night deposit to be paid upon reservation – Remaining balance 30 days prior arrival
October 1st to December 14th and April 20th to September 30th


10 nights minimum stay – 50% deposit to be paid upon reservation– Remaining balance 60 days prior arrival.
December 15th to January 6th

High Season 
4 nights minimum stay – 2 nights deposit to be paid upon reservation – Remaining balance 30 days prior arrival.
January 7th to April 19th

– All the deposit are non-refundable – non-cancellable –
Also note that deposits are taken in Euros when paid with Visa and Mastercard and American Express in US Dollars (at the exchange rate of 1 euro = 1,30 dollars)

Cancellation must be made in writing and emailed to A cancellation number will be provided by our reservation Dpt.

Any no-show, or any nights taken of the original reservation (early check-out or late check-in) within the cancellation period or during the stay will be forfeited. Please note that if the party fails to show on the first day of their confirmed reservation and does not get in contact with the hotel to inform of a potential change in arrival plans, it will be considered as a cancellation and the hotel will be free to resell the room. Our cancellation policy is very strict and not flexible. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance so that you can be reimbursed by your insurer for any loss in the event of an unforeseen circumstances which may result in you having to cancel your reservation within the penalty period.

COVID policy:

In case of the following circumstances ( due to force majeure only), the reservation will be postponed at your convenience to a new date :

(within 18 months starting on the date of the original reservation):

– Saint Barthelemy island borders are closed

– Guests are not allowed to travel due to government restrictions

– Impossibility to reach the island (Airlines company are closed)

The failure to get a negative PCR test within the 48 hours before departure or a positive Covid test will not be considered as Force Majeure and will not be subject to a credit.

Travel requirements to Saint-Barthélemy:
– Be fully vaccinated (2 doses) – 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or 1 month after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson/Janssen vaccine – The approved vaccines are: Comirnaty (Pfizer), Spikevax (Moderna), Vaxzevria (Astrazeneca) and Johnson & Johnson/Janssen
– Show a 48-hour negative PCR test or a 48-hour negative antigen test (rapid test)
If you are not vaccinated:
– Provide a compelling reason (family, professional or medical)
– Show a 48-hour negative PCR test or a 48-hour negative antigen test (rapid test)
– A 7-day mandatory self-isolation following by a PCR test
Via SXM, antigen test is allowed only for US and Canadians travelers

What is a sanitary pass :

Person over the age of 18 will be asked for a sanitary pass to get to different places and events. 3 types of documents are accepted :

– Certificate of complete vaccination process

– Negative PCR test performed within 24 hours prior arrival or rapid antigen test performed less than 24 hours before arrival

– Positive testing certificate minimum 11 days and maximum 6 months

Where is the sanitary pass required :

– Sports places – Gym – Dojo..

– Lorient’s Cinema

– Events & Exhibition halls (wedding halls, private parties organized in restaurants / bars…)

– Bars / Hotels / Restaurants
