Reservation and cancellation policy

All the rates are for 2 guests occupation, we will apply an extra charge of 140 euros for a 3rd guest in room, when the capacity allows it (from the age of 4yrs old, it includes : an extra bed in the room, Breakfast, Beach Chair)

According to the season, the minimum stay and the cancellation policy of the hotel may vary.

Low Season & Thanksgiving
2 nights minimum stay – 1-night deposit to be paid upon reservation – Remaining balance 30 days prior arrival
September 1st to December 19th and April 20th to August 31st


10 nights minimum stay – 50% deposit to be paid upon reservation– Remaining balance 60 days prior arrival.
December 20th to January 6th

High Season 
4 nights minimum stay – 2 nights deposit to be paid upon reservation – Remaining balance 30 days prior arrival.
January 7th to April 19th

– All the deposit are non-refundable – non-cancellable – non modifiable
Also note that deposits are taken in Euros when paid with Visa and Mastercard and in US Dolars when paid with an American Express (exchange rate of 1 euro = 1,15 dollars)

Cancellation must be made in writing and emailed to A cancellation number will be provided by our reservation Dpt.

Any no-show, or any nights taken off of the original reservation (early check-out or late check-in) within the cancellation period or during the stay will be forfeited. Please note that if the party fails to show on the first day of their confirmed reservation and does not get in contact with the hotel to inform of a potential change in arrival plans, it will be considered as a cancellation and the hotel will be free to resell the room. Our cancellation policy is very strict and not flexible. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance so that you can be reimbursed by your insurer for any loss in the event of an unforeseen circumstances which may result in you having to cancel your reservation within the penalty period.
